Things to note

  • The position offered need to be a skilled position that is full time and ongoing for at least 2 years
  • You need to pay the Skilling Australians Fund levy when you submit your employer nomination application

With this visa the applicant can

  • live, work and study in Australia indefinitely
  • include their eligible family members in their application
  • lodge an application for Australian citizenship, if eligible
