This visa allows a child to remain in Australia temporarily while we process their parent's permanent Partner visa application.

The child must
- be a dependent child of the visa-holding parent
- be sponsored by the nominator or sponsor of the visa-holding parent.

- move to or remain in Australia until we decide on their parent's permanent Partner visa application
- travel to and from Australia
- work and study in Australia
- attend free English language classes provided by the Adult Migrant English Program, if eligible.
