You need to
- be aged 35 years or under when you lodge an application. *Exceptions lodge an application
- be in Australia when you lodge this visa application
- hold an eligible visa
- have held a Student visa in the last 6 months
- have a recent degree in a CRICOS-registered course
- submit evidence of adequate health insurance for all applicants when you lodge an application
- submit evidence you have applied for an Australian Federal Police check when you lodge an application. See character requirements
- submit evidence of the required level of English with your application.
