You undertake to be responsible for
- the visitor's compliance with their visa conditions
- the visitor's compliance with Australian employment laws and awards
- repaying any money your visitor owes the Australian Government.
With this visa an applicant can
- visit family or friends
- be here as a tourist, for a cruise or for any purpose except business or medical treatment
- study or train for up to 3 months.
You may support a visa applicant without becoming a sponsor. The applicant can lodge an application for a Visitor visa (subclass 600) in the Tourist stream and you may give them a letter of invitation for their application.
