Migration law, through the problems that arise in real cases.
Migration law is rarely difficult because a form asks a difficult question. It becomes difficult when a person’s history, documents and evidence do not fit neatly within the legal criteria.
Grid Migration Insights examines those issues from two perspectives: recurring problems encountered in migration practice, and lessons from published Tribunal and Court decisions. The aim is not to provide a step-by-step guide to preparing a visa application. It is to explain where the real legal or evidentiary issue may lie — and why apparently similar cases can require very different approaches.
